The Spinal Flow Technique® is a gentle yet powerful approach that works directly with your central nervous system. By accessing specific 'access points' along the spine, we activate the body's innate healing intelligence to release stored tension, pain, emotional patterns, and survival stress - gently unwinding what no longer serves you. This ancient Japanese technique offers universal life force energy to where it's needed most - physically, emotionally, and energetically. Reiki works intuitively to balance chakras, clear stagnant energy, and restore calm and vitality to the whole system.
